How Our Delivery and Transport Pricing Works

You can get an instant estimate on our home page. Here's exactly how that number is calculated. It's the same math the estimate uses, and we confirm the final price before anything is booked.

The parts of the price

• Base fee: covers getting the job set up, loading time, and securing your items.
• Miles: the driving distance from pickup to drop-off, using real road routes.
• Weight: heavier loads take more time and equipment. Up to 500 lb has no extra charge.
• Travel to your pickup: free for the first 15 miles from Rockville, then $1.25 per mile.
• Loading help (optional): $50.

Each service also has a minimum charge, so very short trips are still worth the trip.
