Transportation Service Terms

These terms apply when RSM Trading LLC ("we") transports items for you ("you"). By paying for a transport job, you agree to them.

Service area

We only transport items with both the pickup and the drop-off in Maryland. We don't currently take trips to or from other states or Washington, DC.

Quotes and payment

The price on our website is an estimate based on driving distance, approximate weight, and the options you chose. We confirm the final price and schedule by email before the job, and you pay that confirmed price online in advance. If the items, weight, addresses, or access turn out to be materially different from your request, we may adjust the price with your agreement or decline the job.

Your responsibilities

• Describe the items accurately, and have them ready, packed, and accessible at the scheduled time.
• Have someone present at pickup and drop-off, and arrange any parking, elevator, or building access needed.
• Do not include hazardous, flammable, illegal, or perishable items, cash, jewelry, firearms, or irreplaceable documents.
• For motorcycles: provide a running or rollable bike, with keys, and remove loose items.

Loss or damage

We handle and secure your items with reasonable care. If items are lost or damaged while in our care because of our negligence, our responsibility is limited to the lesser of the item's actual cash value or $1,000.00 per job, unless we agree in writing to a higher value before the job. We aren't responsible for damage caused by inadequate packing, the item's condition, or events outside our control. Please report any damage at drop-off, or within 24 hours, with photos.

Cancellations

Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations with less notice are refunded 50%. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

Delays

We'll keep you informed, but times are estimates and can be affected by traffic, weather, and access at either location.
